2016 Seminar Fees

Happy New Year to all of you!

I'm in the process of setting up the website info and would like to announce the fees we intend to charge for the seminar. I understand that the IKYF has decided to keep their fee of ¥10,300 per participant, which goes in line with our previous discussions about the budget.

Nick and others have been working hard to fundraising, and while we have not yet received any actual donations to support the seminar, I am optimistic that we will meet our goal.

Therefore, I think we can safely go with the fee structure proposed by John earlier. As a reminder, that is:

Seminar Fee: $390

This includes the seminar and meals (Sun dinner - Thu lunch).

Lodging:

Sun-Wed, double occupancy $150

Sun-Wed, single occupancy $200

Additional nights, double occupancy $37.50/night

Additional nights, single occupancy $50/night

Does everyone agree that this is a good way to go? Can you please respond and voice your opinions on these prices? If you'd like to have a real-time meeting, we could do that. Just say the word!
